I take on systems that are failing — inherited, over-costed, or a decade deep into their technical debt — and make them dependable without stopping delivery to do it. - Own engineering end to end for a vertical streaming platform — architecture, delivery, security, infrastructure and cost.
- Rebuilt the platform across backend, mobile apps for iOS and Android, admin back-office, creator portal and marketing site.
- Introduced automated quality gates into the delivery pipeline, so engineering standards hold without manual review of every change.
- Delivered multiple payment routes onto a single accounting ledger, with pricing decided server-side.

- Migrated a long-running microservice estate onto a consolidated platform architecture, sequencing the work so feature delivery continued throughout.
- Built the continuous data-movement layer for a multi-database consolidation, and the dashboard the team used to watch the cutover.
- Built and shipped the deployment system for the production fleet — zero-downtime releases with automatic rollback on partial failure.
- Ran reliability engineering: alerting, cost control and production incident response.

- Code-intelligence engine that indexes production codebases and answers structural questions for coding agents over MCP — deterministic retrieval, citations enforced at write time, staleness re-checked as code moves.
- Self-hosted issue tracker whose tool interface treats AI agents as authenticated actors, with per-workspace scoping and a human review gate for agent-authored work.

- Owned the web platform estate across three escalating roles — the KYC portal, the agent and partner portals, the Wave Pay payment gateway, and IT operations monitoring.
- Built and operated the KYC portal governing the Central Bank of Myanmar's regulated customer account tiers.
- Delivered the electronic KYC programme, the one-device-one-wallet account security project, and the migration of the company website.
- Authored and presented the team's engineering standards — branching model, pull-request policy, and release versioning.
